The OffClean Director's

Since my first experience within the cleaning business some twenty years ago, and working for rather demanding companies, I was very pleased to have made a successful progression to that of a Business Proprietor – OffClean – within the Aberdeenshire area. This has now become very successful and is now OffClean Limited.

All prospective clients are offered a quality cleaning service which is based on our combined many years of contract office cleaning experience. One of the things that we have learnt over the years in this very competitive industry is that an honest and reliable service must be provided all the time.

The OffClean Objectives

OffClean always welcomes any invitations for a free quotation on all types of commercial and industrial small to medium office environments, whether these be one off, long term or short term requirements.

Our main objective is to create and maintain at all times an excellent relationship with the client and to service all contracts to the highest of standards as promised.

Ultimately our objective is to provide and maintain at all times an honest and reliable cleaning service, within its limitations. By doing so we aim to maintain Quality rather than Quantity.

The OffClean Guarantee

In the past I have been responsible for the day to day maintenance of many office cleaning contracts, plus the dealing with a large amount of cleaning personnel and supervision. We therefore know, only to well, that an employee with a poor quality of work can seriously damage a businesses reputation. For peace of mind for both myself, our company and our clients we only employ personnel that are personally known to me and whom are tried and tested and are fully trained in all aspects of the cleaning work by us.

This business was not a venture that I went in to lightly and we do, and always will, seek out the best advice on all aspects of the business from the best sources, whether it is legal, administrative, health and safety and/or day to day matters. Our  belief is that proper training and reviews of all aspects of the business are very important to ourselves and our clients. Therefore we are always updating our knowledge on such matters which may affect the environment and health and safety. I myself do have extensive knowledge of health and safety and we are able to provide clients with our Health and Safety Policy and Procedures.

OffClean Customer Liaison’s

Experience has shown to me that purely because a client does not have any complaints, or has not made any, does not mean whatsoever that there are not any, or indeed that they are receiving the best possible cleaning service. All to often on a contract the standard of service has gradually fallen and it just has not been noticed. Therefore we always put a big emphasis on visiting the clients to ensure that this does not happen, or at the very least prevent it happening. We always invite any comments on the cleaning service given and make all possible attempts to ensure that the highest of cleaning service is given and maintained at all times.
